About Jimmy

Jimmy Gilmore, GRI, has been matching people with that "just right" home for over 15 years.  His passion for real estate, however, began long before that.  In 1990, Jimmy purchased his first home in Rosedale, a central Austin neighborhood.  As he and his wife began remodeling that first small house, his love for old homes and real estate in general became apparent.  Over the years, his success in central Austin has provided Jimmy with insight into upcoming listings, which gives his clients a great step forward in the process of buying or selling a home.

Jimmy Gilmore's no pressure approach is only compromised when he finds the right property for a client or when getting a home ready to be put on the market.  In this case, he will stop at nothing.  Jimmy has a keen eye for value and maybe more importantly, a keen eye for the potential value in a property.  Because of this, Jimmy Gilmore provides undeniable service to all of his clients, whether they are buying or selling.  This eye also extends to the homes that he is selling by making recommendations on furniture layout and décor as well as complete home staging.   This determination is something that only a professional such as Jimmy Gilmore can provide.
